This book sends such a delightful message of coming to terms with your strengths and realizing your connectedness to your family. I really enjoyed reading it with my son. If you have younger children, this is a must read.

"Magical Matthew"

My first children's book, Magical Matthew, illustrated by Kevin Scott Collier, is published by Guardian Angel Publishing! This book was inspired by my friend's son, Matthew, when he attained "double digits." That milestone marks the transition that all children make going from being an elementary "kid," to becoming a middle school "tween." There's the loss of innocence that we mourn, but also a growing maturity that we applaud. My book celebrates the "magic" of that transition.

I am pleased and delighted to have Kevin Scott Collier illustrate Magical Matthew. Kevin is a delight to work with and does amazing illustrations making the story come alive in a "magical" way.

Magical Matthew can help teachers and parents show the importance of using your strengths and talents for good. It shows how good it feels to help your friends and take care of your neighborhood. This book is suitable for children ages 4 through 9.
